Donna is the founder of Fresh New Face Permanent Makeup ,LLC, and  the National Permanent Cosmetics Training Center, LLC. She is a certified SofTap® Permanent Cosmetic Technician, Trainer, Distributor, and Artist. She is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Her expertise is in Facial Cosmetics and she also works in the fields of Advanced Paramedical procedures including Areola Complex Restoration, Scar Camoflauge and Scar Revision. She enjoys working closely with breast cancer survivors to create a three-dimensional Areola.

Donna is also a Mac Professional Makeup Artist and a Beauti Control Senior Consultant in the art of traditional makeup. She acquired her basic training in permanent cosmetics from the Arizona Micropigmentation Group and has acquired much advanced training and continued education in this field. Donna earned her training credentials from SofTap® Permanent Cosmetics in Oakland, California. As well as her training in the industry of Permanent Cosmetics, Donna has received training on Scar Revision/Repair presented by Transitions Training Center of Carmel, New York.
